Volunteer for a timing shift (or one of the other swim meet duties) and receive a free drink ticket. Families who don't volunteer are charged $100 at the end of the season.
Swim Meet Timing
Help with timing races at home meets, tracking finishes, and passing out awards and ribbons. This is the primary volunteer opportunity each season — also includes MC, DJ, Runner, and other meet support roles. Sign up early and fill in gaps where you see them.

Help sell raffle tickets at the Venetian to support DYC hosting the 2027 MICSA Finals. We need parent + kid pairs for 1-hour time slots. Note: this does not count toward your volunteer requirement for the season.
Sign Up for Venetian BoothChoose a night for a movie on the pool deck, coordinate with DYC for snacks and projector setup, and work with lifeguards to staff the event. DYC provides and purchases snacks.
Work with Marcia at Connoisseur Apparel to coordinate ordering of end-of-season trophies.
